Job Title:  Project Coordinator
Location:  Ketchum, Idaho
Department:  Project Management / Operations
Employment Type:  Full Time
Work Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

ABOUT THE ROLE
Ketchum Kustom Woodworks is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the production and delivery of our custom residential cabinetry and millwork projects. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to launch a career in the custom woodworking industry.

The Project Coordinator serves as an organizational bridge between our clients, shop team, designers, and install crews — helping keep projects moving on time, on budget, and on spec from initial sale through final delivery. This role offers hands-on learning, mentorship from experienced craftspeople and project managers, and a clear path to grow within our company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track and manage submittals, change orders, and client approvals
  • Communicate project status updates to clients, designers, architects, and internal team members
  • Assist with material ordering and delivery scheduling
  • Maintain organized project files, notes, and documentation
  • Support field measurements and client site visits as needed
  • Work within Cabinet Vision and other digital tools to support project documentation and workflow

QUALIFICATIONS
Required

  • 0–1 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and standard digital tools
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn the custom cabinetry and millwork industry

Preferred

  • Any exposure to residential construction, interior design, or custom home building
  • Ability to read or willingness to learn basic shop drawings and floor plans
  • Familiarity with Cabinet Vision or similar cabinet design software

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation:  $65,000 – $75,000 per year

WORK ENVIRONMENT & EXPECTATIONS
• This is a full-time, in-person position based in Ketchum, Idaho
• Periodic travel to client homes and job sites within the Wood River Valley is expected
• Work takes place in both an office setting and, at times, on the shop floor or at active job sites
